Return Policy – Aesea

At Aesea, we make it a point of honor to offer you quality products. In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days from receipt of your order.

Exercising your right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please write to us at [your contact email] specifying your order number and the products concerned. We will then provide you with the return address.

Return conditions
Items must be returned:
- unused,
- in their original condition and packaging,
- clean and in perfect condition for resale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Any damaged, incomplete, or used products will not be refunded.

Refund
Once the return has been received and verified, a refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method, including standard shipping costs (excluding express options).
